CJO 23-016 (copy and FTR fees):

  • Copy orders totaling less than $5.00 are free. 
  • For multiple cases, there is a $3.00 fee per case for non-certified documents.  
  • FTR audio requests are $10.00 per case. 
CJO 23-015 (Electronic Copy Certification): Per CJO 23-015 copies of court filings can be electronically certified and sent by email. Please check with the receiving agency about which type they require.
