Interactive Online Forms
Using Guide & File

Oregon circuit courts now provide interactive forms (iForms) for self-represented filers to electronically complete forms and file or respond to cases. Guide & File is an online self-guided interview process that works on any computer or mobile device. Forms are available for multiple types of cases including restraining orders, evictions, set-asides, and family cases like divorce, parenting time, and modification of judgment. You can also complete a Satisfaction of Money Award (sometimes called a Satisfaction of Judgment) if you have received payment on a judgment in your favor.
OJD iForms is unavailable due to maintenance. Please check back later.
Important Information About Using iForms:
-
There is no fee to complete an OJD iForm. Filers only pay court filing fees once the form is accepted by the court. View Filing Fees.
-
Most iForms are only available in English but Spanish language interviews are being added. Go to the interview you need and look for the language dropdown box at the top of the page. If the interview has been translated, switch the language selection to access the Spanish language version. NOTE: Your answers must be provided in English or the court may reject your filing. Check the completed forms to ensure all your answers are in English.
- For forms in languages other than English go to:
한국어 (Korean)
Pусский (Russian)
Español (Spanish)
繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese) or
Việt (Vietnamese).
If you need an interpreter for an in-court appearance, fill out the Court Interpreter Form or contact your local court.
- Additional forms are available in the
Forms Center if the form you are looking for is not available as an iForm.
- If you have already filed using an iForm and need a copy of your Next Steps document with instructions and additional forms, log into Guide & File and click “My Interviews” to get a pre-filled copy with your case information. If you cannot access My Interviews, visit the Next Steps page to get a blank copy.
