The links below will take you to the statewide fee schedule for particular actions in circuit courts, Tax Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court. Each fee includes a reference to the statute or authority that established the fee. For some actions, the fee authority needs to be included in the document caption along with the amount of the action. Please note that fee information is updated periodically and you should refer to the fee schedule applicable at the time a document is filed. If you cannot afford to pay the amount required, you may apply for a fee deferral or waiver. You can download the fee deferral or waiver packet from the Fee Deferral and Waiver page in the Forms Center. Should you have any questions about the fee schedule for your filing or circumstance, please consult that local circuit court's website or contact the circuit court. Questions for local filing and fee issues must be handled locally to provide correct guidance for those issues, including fee waiver or deferral procedures and scheduling.
