If you received this specific offer letter, you have two options:

Accept the offer, change your plea to no Contest, and waive trial.
- Decline the offer and attend trial when scheduled. You do not need to do anything further. We will schedule a remote trial and notify you by mail of the date and time.
- You can

Instructions for Accepting the offer:
1. Fill out and return the acceptance form:

- Complete the paper offer letter you received and mail it to: Multnomah County Circuit Court PO Box 114 Portland, OR 97207,
or
- Complete the paper offer letter you received and drop it off at: Multnomah County Courthouse 1200 1st Avenue Portland, OR 97204 or East County Courthouse 18480 SE Stark St, Portland, OR 97233.
2. Register for and complete the PETS class:
- Register through
PDXDrivers.com online.
- Complete the online course as registered.
- Call or email the traffic department no later than August 30, 2026, to verify proof of completion was received.

Once the court has received your timely proof of course completion, a clerk will dismiss your case. If you do not complete the course prior to the deadline, your case will be convicted.
