Weddings at Jackson County Circuit Court

To request a wedding at the Jackson County Circuit Court, or with one of the judges at another location, please complete the form below at least one (1) week ahead. The court will attempt to accommodate requests on shorter notice, but scheduling difficulties may prevent it. The court cannot currently accommodate weddings in languages other than English.

Wedding Ceremony Request Form

Please email the completed form to JAC.Weddings@ojd.state.or.us. After the form is submitted, court staff will call or email you with further directions. Please ensure your contact information is listed on the form.

What You Must Bring:

$117 Fee - to be paid at the courthouse before the ceremony and no later than 4pm
For off-site weddings, any other fees noted on request form
Marriage license, obtained from Jackson County Clerk's office
Two (2) witnesses age 18+, unless witnesses have already been requested from the court

What You May Also Bring:

Friends and family
Rings, flowers, and minimal decor

What You May NOT Bring:

Any items listed on the Courthouse Security web page
