Weddings at Jackson County Circuit Court
To request a wedding at the Jackson County Circuit Court,
please complete the below form at least one (1) week ahead of the requested ceremony date. The court will attempt to accommodate requests on shorter notice, but scheduling difficulties may prevent it. The Court does not allow same day requests.
Wedding Ceremony Request Form
After the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Court staff will call or email you once a date is confirmed and include further instructions. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
Items that must be completed prior to wedding ceremony:
- $117 Fee - to be paid at the Jackson County Circuit Court, 100 S Oakdale Ave, Medford, OR 97501 before the ceremony
and no later than 4:00 PM.
- For off-site weddings, show receipt for $117 fee and pay personal fees directly to the Judge prior to the ceremony.
- Marriage license must be obtained from
Jackson County Clerk's office. *This must be complete prior to requesting wedding ceremony*

Two (2) witnesses
- Witnesses must be 18+
- If parties do not have two witnesses, they may request witnesses from the Court for on-site wedding ceremonies only. The Court cannot provide witnesses for off-site weddings.

What You May NOT Bring:
