Appearance at Argument

The remote oral argument event begins 30 minutes prior to the start of oral arguments. Attorneys must check in at least fifteen minutes prior to the start of the scheduled argument time. The order of cases on the calendar may change.  If you are not present at the time the case is called, the Court may deem your argument waived.  If an emergency prevents you from joining remotely at the beginning of the session, you should advise the Court as soon as possible by calling the Calendar Clerk directly at 503-986-5555 ext. 70250, or Appellate Court Records at 503-986-5555.
