HERMISTON PUBLIC WINDOWS CLOSED
Effective Monday, March 6, 2023 at 8:00 AM until further notice, the Hermiston Circuit Court Public Window will be closed. Courtrooms 4 & 5 will continue to hold hearings and trials. The Pendleton and Heppner locations continue to be open to the public during normal business hours. Documents and payments can also be eFiled (by authorized users), mailed, or placed in the Court Paperwork drop box.
DROP BOX LOCATIONS (Documents and payments must be submitted in the county where the specific case is filed):
Pendleton: Outside Room 230 on the 2nd Floor; available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on business days.
Hermiston: North Wall outside the main entrance of the courthouse; available at any time.
Heppner: In the back covered entrance of the courthouse; available at any time.
IN PERSON APPEARANCE REQUIRED UNLESS REMOTE APPEARANCE IS SPECIFICALLY ALLOWED
All appearances are assumed to require in person appearance unless the hearing notice specifically schedules the docket for remote appearance or if a judge has specifically allowed a party to appear remotely on the record or by written order.
EFFECTIVE MONDAY, March 14, 2022: MASKS no longer required.
Masks are not required at this time unless displaying outward symptoms of viral illness. This policy may change at any time if mandated by the Governor, Chief Justice, or Presiding Judge. If you are experiencing COVID symptoms or are ill, please contact the court prior to your hearing and request a phone number so you can conduct your business by phone.
