EFFECTIVE MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2021: MASKS REQUIRED AGAIN
Masks are required to enter and remain in Pendleton, Hermiston, and Heppner Circuit Court facilities unless a judge grants an exception for testimony during a specific hearing. Anyone denied access to the facility will be provided with a phone number allowing them to call the court and conduct their business by phone. Social distancing is required.

IN PERSON APPEARANCE REQUIRED UNLESS REMOTE APPEARANCE IS SPECIFICALLY ALLOWED
All appearances are assumed to require in person appearance unless the hearing notice specifically schedules the docket for remote appearance or if a judge has specifically allowed a party to appear remotely on the record or by written order.
ALL COURTROOMS AND PUBLIC SERVICE COUNTERS OPEN DURING NORMAL HOURS
Effective July 1, 2021, all Circuit Court locations in the 6th Judicial District (Pendleton, Hermiston, and Heppner) are open to the public during normal business hours. Documents and payments can also be eFiled (by authorized users), mailed, or placed in the Court Paperwork drop box.
DROP BOX LOCATIONS (Documents and payments must be submitted in the county where the specific case is filed):
Pendleton: Outside Room 230 on the 2nd Floor; available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on business days.
Hermiston: North Wall outside the main entrance of the courthouse; available at any time.
Heppner: In the back covered entrance of the courthouse; available at any time.
