You must submit your prequalifying questionnaire before being able to request a deferral or excusal from service when responding online. Once you submit your questionnaires there will be options to request excusals or deferrals of your service date.
Login using your 10-digit Juror ID found on your summons.
The court asks for your phone number and email to provide instant and important updates related to your service.
When finished with the form, please submit only one time.
In the profile screen, verify your Personal Information is correct.

If you are 70 years old or older and wish to be excused from jury service, select “Start Now” to begin the questionnaire. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will be able to request an excusal from service. If you need assistance, please email MAR.Jury@ojd.state.or.us.

If the colored bar on your summons is red, you are being summoned for Petit and Grand Jury. If it is green, it is a Special Juror Summons.
