Oregon Circuit Court, Tax Court, and Appellate Court case record copies and audio recordings can be requested by filling out the form below. To request a record, you will need to know the case number and exact documents, or hearing dates. You can find Circuit Court or Tax Court case information using OJD’s
Online Records Search. For Appellate Court cases, or if you are unable to locate the Circuit Court or Tax Court case using the Online Records Search,
contact the court where the case is filed.
Please keep in mind that the court may take up to 5 court business days to respond and may take 10 or more court business days to complete some requests. The court may reach out to you and request more information or payment of a fee if one is applicable. If the court reaches out to you and you do not respond within 60 court business days, the court must close the request.
If you only want to view documents or find current request timelines,
contact the court.
