Self-Represented Litigants can use OJD’s iForms and Guide & File for filing documents in certain case types.

If you are emailing about a court case, include the court case number in the subject line.
If your email is not about a case, include information in the subject line that will help us direct your email to the correct person.
If you are sending an attachment, please use PDF format. (OJD will not access links to files on servers or in the cloud.)
