Oregon state court system is dedicated to providing equal access to court programs and services for people with disabilities under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Accessibility/Access for Persons with Disabilities

If you need an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please make the request directly to the ADA Coordinator at least four (4) judicial days in advance of the proceeding (UTCR 7.060(1)). Some accommodations take more time than others to arrange. Please provide as much advance notice as possible to assist us with providing you reasonable accommodations. Accommodations include equipment and/or assistance that will enable the person with disabilities to have full access to activities at the court.
