Lincoln County Courthouse Drop-Box
In the event all customer service windows are closed on a day when the court is open for business, a drop box will be available until 5:00 p.m. for filings and payments. The drop box is located on the second floor of the courthouse outside room 202.
Lincoln County Courthouse Law Library
The Law Library is located just east of the Lincoln County Courthouse at 34 C N. Coast Hwy, Newport, OR 97365. The Law Library is overseen by the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners. For more information regarding the law library, please contact the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners Office on the first floor of the courthouse, room 110.
Public Access Computers - Oregon Judicial Case Information Network (OJCIN)
The court provides three OJCIN computer kiosks on the second floor of the courthouse which are available to the public. Statewide Circuit Court case information and most filed documents can be reviewed for most cases (state and federal law require courts to protect some information).
