Change in hours for Court Administration Room 202

 Starting July 6th, 2020, Court Administration Rm. 202 hours will be: 8 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm, Monday through Friday

Court Appearances

Lincoln County Circuit Court is requiring everyone attending court to wear a face covering that covers your nose and chin.


If you have a scheduled court appearance you must appear in person unless otherwise instructed by the court and/or counsel.


Only parties required to be present in court will be allowed in the courtroom at this time.  Those include attorneys, parties, witnesses, victims and/or their designated support person/representative as provided for by statute.  Other interested persons are not allowed to be present in the courtroom as spectators.  If other persons would like to observe a hearing, please contact the court to request to attend any hearing by remote means.

For those ill and unable to attend their scheduled hearing, you must contact your attorney, who will then contact the court.

The Lincoln County Circuit Court is the 17th Judicial District of Oregon. Lincoln County’s judicial district has three elected judges and one pro-tem judge: 

  • Judge Thomas O. Branford, Presiding
  • Judge Sheryl Bachart
  • Judge Marcia Buckley
  • Pro-Tem Judge Amanda R. Benjamin 

The Lincoln County Courthouse was built in 1954. The court administration office is located on the second floor, and all courtrooms are located on the third floor. You must pass through a security check point to enter this building.
