Requests
Most court records are available to the
public. Court staff is responsible for maintaining all documents in the local
court files and assists the public with requests for copies of court documents.
Record requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
Audio Copy of
Court Proceedings Requests
We use a state of the art digital recording
system. Digital copies of audio recordings will be electronically transferred
using digital technology through a secure website unless otherwise specified.
Other methods are burning the record to a CD.
To Obtain
Copies of Court Files or Proceedings
Request records by using the record request
form below. You may email the request, deliver in person, or send by mail. Requests
may take up to 15 days to process and fees must be paid in full before copies
will be made.

Court staff will figure the total cost after
the request is made. If copies are being mailed, postage costs will be added.
If you are in the local calling area, staff will call to inform you of the
cost. If you are out of the area, you must call the court to ascertain the
cost. Payment of the fees can be made by check, cash, cashier check, money
order, Visa, or Mastercard.
