Josephine County Circuit Court offers a Work Alternative Program in partnership with Josephine County Community Corrections. Security funds (bail) are held until the case that it was posted on is resolved (sentenced, dismissed, etc.). Once the case is resolved, funds are applied to outstanding fines and fees. Following disbursement, you may be eligible for a refund, minus the statutory fee.
Unless specifically authorized by the court, all court fines and fees are due within 30 days to avoid an additional one-time “payment schedule assessment” fee.Failure to pay court fines and fees in full may result in additional collections fees as well as license sanctions.
