Court Records Access

The Court records department has the responsibility to create, update, and maintain Court records.  With some exceptions, the case records are public information and available for review at the Courthouse.   Access to the Court’s electronic records (OECI-Oregon eCourt Information) is available via public computer terminals located just outside of Room 106 or online.

Copies of court documents may be purchased by request to the Benton County Circuit Court.  Requests may be submitted by email (preferred) to

benton.copy.requests@ojd.state.or.us

or in person via the secure drop box on the 1st floor of the courthouse, or by a mail service such as U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS, etc.

Due to the current state of the court's operations, you should expect it to take from 1-2 weeks to fully complete your request once it has been initially received by the court.
