Arbitrator Reference Guide

Arbitrators who are appointed to preside over Clackamas County Circuit Court cases should familiarize
themselves with the process and procedure outlined in the Clackamas County Arbitrator Reference Guide.
The guide contains a flowchart of the process, important information related to procedures and timelines, tips,
           and forms.

Criminal Calendar Guide

In preparation for Oregon eCourt, effective October 5, 2015, the Court implemented modifications to the
Criminal "A" and "B" dockets. To view the changes that have been made, please click on this link to
"A Guide to the Criminal A and B Dockets".

Exhibits Information

Documents and physical exhibits should be brought to court, with any required copies for opposing parties and the judge. If
you have digital exhibits (video/audio recording) for use as evidence during your upcoming trial or hearing, please file them
with the court as much in advance of your hearing as possible.

See instructions for in person and remote appearances on the Exhibits Instructions page.

 Family Law Guides

A number of family law motion procedures have recently changed. Please see the guides below for information about
Family Law processes. If you are unsure of whether or not something needs to be scheduled for hearing, please contact
the Calendaring Unit, or the Family Court Specialist if you are not represented by an attorney.
