If you are a Polk County resident and received a jury summons from Wheeler County, please disregard the jury summons and expect to receive a corrected jury summons from Polk County Circuit Court with the correct term of service and correct reporting information. You will not be called on the telephone, nor do you need to contact Wheeler County Circuit Court. If you are 70 years old or older and wish to be excused please complete Step 1 above or you may call 503-623-3154 and select option 1.

All other requests for excusal or deferral: You must complete the qualification form using the online portal before you are able to submit a request to be excused from jury service. If you are not able to access the portal, contact the jury coordinator for assistance.
