Jury Duty - Home

Prescription medication must be in original container with prescription information clearly visible. Medically necessary equipment and medication—such as a nebulizer, asthma inhaler, EpiPen, or other emergency medications—are permitted in the courthouse when they are part of a clearly identifiable medical kit. All medication and medical equipment must include the patient’s identifying information. Individual hypodermic needles without accompanying medication are not permitted, regardless of medical condition.
