In addition to the listed Judge's fees below,
ORS 106.120(4)(a) provides that a $117.00 fee will be paid to the Circuit Court if the marriage is solemnized in Court facilities. The fee can be paid at the cashier’s window, which is located on the 1st floor of the Courthouse, Room 104 (or alternatively, for Judge Gilmartin, at the Juvenile Court, located at 2121 Kaen Road, Oregon City).
