The UTCR Committee consists of fourteen members (seven lawyers, six judges, and one trial court administrator) and a UTCR Reporter. The UTCR Reporter is an attorney in the Oregon Judicial Department's Office of General Counsel who provides legal and administrative support to the committee and manages the annual UTCR review and amendment process.
