Future Uniform Trial Court Rules (UTCR)

Approved changes to the UTCR become effective on August 1 each year unless the Chief Justice specifies a different effective date, usually in the case of out-of-cycle amendments. The approved UTCR will be posted here at least 49 days before their effective date, whenever possible.
