Using Guide & File

iForms ImageOregon circuit courts provide interactive online forms (iForms) for self-represented filers to electronically complete forms and file or respond to cases. Guide & File is an online self-guided interview process that works on any computer or mobile device.

Guide & File is available for these types of cases:

  • Apply for protection order (restraining, elderly abuse, sexual abuse, stalking)
  • Start or respond to certain family law matters (divorce, custody, separation, modification)
  • Application for court-appointed lawyer (criminal cases only)
  • Start or respond to an eviction complaint
  • Start or respond to small claims complaint
  • Record expungement (eviction, marijuana, or criminal record)
  • Apply for name or gender change (adult only)
  • Application for payment plan (criminal cases only)
  • Satisfaction of Money Award (when you have received payment on a judgment in your favor)
  • Firearms Surrender Declaration
