Wedding ceremonies are:
- Performed at the courthouse during normal business hours
- Performed at the Judge’s discretion
- Not performed for “in-custody” individuals
- Scheduled in advance
- By appointment only
- Scheduled based on court availability
Couples should provide their own witnesses (18 or older) for the ceremony and obtain their wedding license at least three days prior to the wedding ceremony. A wedding license obtained from any county in Oregon is valid in any county in Oregon.
There is a $117.00 fee for a marriage solemnized by the Judge during working hours. This fee must be paid prior to the ceremony.
