• $160 non-refundable setup fee
• Completed Terms of Use Agreement – Note: An Authorized Representative who has the authority to sign contracts for the business or entity (even if this person will not access the system) must complete the Terms of Use agreement.
• Completed New Customer Information Form
• Reviewed Document Access Information (see below)

• Email completed forms to OJCIN Online (ojcin.online@ojd.state.or.us) and pay the $160 non-refundable setup fee online via BillPay.
• BillPay instructions: Click on the Access BillPay link. You will need to register and create an account to make your payment.  You will create your own User ID and Password for use with the BillPay system. This User ID and Password is for the BillPay system only and cannot be used as your OJCIN Online login.  You will be notified via email when your OJCIN Online Login (OJCIN User ID and temporary password) has been created.  Please use Account # 123456-NEW when making your payment for the setup fee.  This account number is only used for the setup fee.
• Mail completed forms along with your $160 non-refundable setup fee by check/money order to OJCIN Online to the following address:

Account Information

• OJCIN Online is a monthly subscription service.   Subscription fees are billed each month regardless of usage.  We do not prorate fees, regardless of account opening or closing date.  Current Fee Schedule

• Setup and monthly fees are waived

• 50% or more of case load is paid by OPDS
• Setup and monthly fees are waived
• OPDS Declaration form required
  
• Less than 50% of case load paid by OPDS

OJD Certified or Registered Interpreters

• 50% or more of interpreting work is paid by OJD
• Setup and monthly fees are waived
• CLAS Declaration form required
• Less than 50% of interpreting work paid by OJD

Private Investigators paid by OPDS

• 50% or more of case load is paid by OPDS
• Setup and monthly fees are waived
• OPDS Declaration form required
• Less than 50% of case load paid by OPDS

Document Access Information

Please note that not all accounts qualify for document access.  Document access is only available to Designated Government Users, Oregon State Bar members, and business subscribers with a specific need for court documents.  We do not have an estimate on when online document access will be expanded. 

If you are requesting an OJCIN Online account for document access, please verify that your account will qualify before completing the attached forms and paying the setup fee.  To verify if your account will qualify for document access, please submit a Document Access Request form. If your account does not qualify for document access, you may request copies of documents directly from the court or view documents for free from the public access kiosks located in most Oregon courthouses.   Contact information for the circuit courts may be found on our website.
