Upon receipt of a written audio record request, the Court provides an email containing audio files of the the record requested. The audio files must be played in a Windows based computer. These records are not compatible with Macintosh machines. It is necessary to download the FTR Player in order to listen to the audio files. The free software will allow review of the audio record either through speakers or headphones provided the computer has sound capability.
Written request must be made in writing either in person, by email (PLK.firstname.lastname@example.org) or by fax to 503.623.6614. A completed audio record request form will be required. A fee of $9 per emailed audio must accompany the request.
