Audio Requests

Audio Costs and Information

You may request an audio recording of a hearing by mail, fax, in person, or using our online form. To request an audio recording by fax or mail please complete our Audio Recording Request form below. Make sure the form is filled out completely.

To request audio recordings online, please see the Online Audio Request section below.

You may choose to have audio recordings delivered by mail, email, or to pick up the audio recording at the courthouse once it is finished. Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your request to be processed and delivered.

If mail or email was requested, the court will send your recording(s) to you as soon as they are finished. If you choose to pick up the recording(s), the court will call to notify you that the recording is ready.

The fee must be paid at the time you request the recording. The court accepts cash, check/money order (made payable to the State of Oregon) and/or credit/debit card.

The costs are as follows:

  • $9.00 per day for a hearing or trial if delivered via email;
  • $10.00 per day for a hearing or trial if delivered via CD and picked up in person;
  • $13.00 per day for a hearing or trial if delivered via CD and sent via US mail
