Do's and Don'ts for accessing the Deschutes Virtual Cashier via Video
- Make sure you are in a quiet location where distractions and interruptions are minimal
- Ensure that your device has reliable connectivity and coverage
- If joining by smartphone, download and sign up for Cisco WebEx Meeting app
- Test your audio and video prior to connecting to the meeting
- Ensure that you take turns speaking with the cashier who is helping you. This ensure that audio does not cut out
- If using a mobile device, do your best to keep your device stationary using a stand for example
