Request for Audio Court Record
Upon receipt of a written audio record request, the Court provides a computer CD containing the record requested. The CD must be inserted into a Windows based computer. These records are not compatible with Macintosh machines. It is necessary to download the FTR Player in order to listen to the CD. The free software will allow review of the audio record either through speakers or headphones provided the computer has sound capability.
Written request must be made in writing either in person, by email (preferred) to bentoncdrequests@ojd.state.or.us or by fax to 541.243.7876. A completed audio record request form will be required. A fee of $10 per CD must accompany the request. If the CD is to be mailed, an additional fee of $0.50 will be added.
