Court Record Requests

 The Court records department has the responsibility to create, update, and maintain Court records. With some exceptions, the case records are public information and available for review at the Courthouse. Access to the Court’s electronic records (OECI-Oregon eCourt Information) is available via public computer terminal located in room 135 or online.

Copies of court documents may be purchased by request to Yamhill Circuit Court. Requests may be submitted in person, by email at, and by a mail service such as U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS, etc.
