A transcript is a written record of a hearing. Hearings are recorded using a digital audio system. When a transcript is requested, the audio recording of the hearing is sent to a certified transcriber.
To request a transcript please complete either the Online Web Form, or the Transcript Request Form below and included payment.
There is a $10.00 processing fee per day/hearing requested. The transcriber will then contact you personally for the cost of making the actual transcript (usually a set amount per page). We are unable to quote these costs.

Transcripts may be requested through the below online web form. After your transcript request is processed, the transcriber will contact you with the cost of making the transcript.
You will be called or emailed within 5 business days after submitting your request. Please be prepared to provide payment information at that time.
