Oregon Circuit Court case record copies can be requested by filling out the statewide form below. To request a record, you will need to know the case number and exact documents, or hearing dates. To find case information, visit Online Records Search.
Before requesting records, please review all the information provided on our Statewide Records Request page and the information below.
Court records may be viewed on the public computer terminals in Room 107 during normal business hours.
For inquiries about Marriage Licenses and Certificates, please contact the Linn County Clerk at 541-967-3831.
Copy requests may be made via the SharePoint link electronically or the form may be printed and submitted in person, or by mail. Please allow at least 5 - 7 judicial days for completion of your request, older cases may require additional time.
Please include the following information on the Court Records Request Form to process your request as quickly as possible:

Audio recordings are available electronically or on a CD. Requests may be made via the SharePoint link electronically, in person, or by mail. Please allow at least 14 - 21 judicial days for completion of your request, older cases may require additional time.
Digital Recording Format and Software NeededTo listen to the audio recording, you will need a personal computer with a sound card and speakers. In addition, a software application called The Record Player must be installed on the computer. This software is free and can be downloaded by clicking on the "The Record Player" button below. Please review the FTR Player Instructions.
The cost for requesting copies is as follows and is due prior to disbursement of copies. Court will notify you with the total cost.
Linn County Circuit Court will accept the following forms of payment:
Note: If you are making payment by check and do not know the exact amount of copies to be made, send a blank check made payable to the State of Oregon, and in the memo line, write “Not to Exceed" and an amount you believe will cover the cost of the copies. Records staff will then fill in the exact amount and send the receipt, along with the copies, in the self-addressed, stamped envelope you have provided for that purpose.
The Oregon Judicial Department delivers all Documents in encrypted emails. Once received, you may be required to perform the following steps:
