Phases

Phase I:


  1. The participant will be on random urinalysis and complete a minimum of two per week as directed by the probation officer.
  2. The participant will attend Drug Court each Thursday at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise ordered by the Drug Court Judge or probation officer.
  3. The participant will complete drug and alcohol assessment and be involved in an approved treatment program.
  4. The participant will have been in the Drug Court Program for at least 90 days.
  5. To graduate from Phase I:
    • The participant will have negative urinalyses for 60 days prior to moving to the next phase. If participant attended an in-patient program, the 60 days abstinence will start upon release from the in-patient treatment program.
    • The participant will have attended the Drug Court Program as required.
    • The participant will have completed an assessment and be successfully participating in an approved treatment program.

Phase II:


  1. The participant will be on random urinalysis and complete a minimum of one per week as directed by the probation officer.
  2. The participant will attend Drug Court each Thursday at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise ordered by the Drug Court Judge or probation officer.
  3. The participant will have completed treatment or treatment provider will have indicated sufficient progress being made to allow moving on to the next phase.
  4. The participant will obtain employment or approved schooling unless otherwise directed.
  5. The participant will have successfully completed Phase II for 180 days.
  6. To graduate from Phase II:
    • The participant will have negative urinalyses for a minimum of 180 days.
    • The participant will have attended Drug Court as required.
    • The participant will have completed treatment.
    • The participant will have a job or be attending appropriate level of schooling. Depending upon the circumstances, the Drug Court Judge may waive this requirement if the participant has made sufficient progress in the Drug Court Program.

Phase III:


  1. The participant will be on random urinalysis as directed by the probation officer.
  2. The participant will attend Drug Court each Thursday at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise ordered by the Drug Court Judge or probation officer.
  3. The participant will continue abstinence from alcohol and all controlled substances unless prescribed by a licensed physician.
  4. The participant will continue to be employed or attend school as directed.
  5. Graduation from Phase III will require meeting all the requirements for graduation from the Drug Court Program.
