Customer Service versus Legal Advice

Court cases can be very complicated. Court staff CANNOT provide legal advice, fill out your forms for you, or tell you what to say in court. If you need assistance, please contact an attorney. View the document below to understand how the courts can and cannot assist you.

Remote Hearings

A remote hearing is any hearing where one or more case participants are not physically present in the courtroom but appear remotely, either by phone or by video. The Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) uses Webex, an online video platform, to host remote hearings.
