Self-Represented Litigants can use OJD’s iForms and Guide & File for filing documents in certain case types.

  • If your email is not about a case, include information in the subject line that will help us direct your email to the correct person.
  • If you are sending an attachment, please use PDF format. (OJD will not access links to files on servers or in the cloud.)
