Submitting Hearing and Trial Exhibits

Case Center is a single, cloud-hosted secure platform that the Oregon Tax Court is using to collect, manage, and review/display digital evidence.

Case Center provides litigants, including self-represented litigants, 24/7 online access to upload, organize, share, review, and then present digital exhibits during virtual or in-person court hearings. All uploaded documents are automatically scanned for viruses, indexed and fully searchable.

Beginning January 30, 2024, exclusive use of Case Center is mandatory in Magistrate Division cases where all parties are represented by active members of the Oregon State Bar or where the court so orders. In instances where all parties are not represented by active members of the Oregon State Bar, conventional filing methods outlined in Magistrate Division Rule 12.2 are permissible. Case Center is currently not available for use in Regular Division cases.
