Implementation of the Oregon eCourt Case Information system (OECI) and other components of Oregon eCourt will occur in three major phases: the Pilot phase, the Early Adopters phase, and the Remaining Courts phase. File & Serve will be deployed 30 business days after OECI in each court and Mandatory eFiling will become effective 30 business days after the deployment of File & Serve.
Yamhill County Circuit Court served as the Oregon eCourt pilot court, and went live with the Oregon eCourt Case Information system on June 4, 2012. Three early adopters, Crook, Jefferson, and Linn County Circuit Courts went live on December 10, 2012. Jackson County Circuit Court is the fourth early adopter court and went live on March 11, 2013. Since then, additional courts continue to implement Oregon eCourt according to the schedule below.
