Parking Fine Reduction

Thank you for submitting your Request for Fine Reduction to the Multnomah Circuit Court – Parking Department. If you provided an email on your submission, you will get an email with a confirmation code soon

If you qualify for a reduction, you will be notified of the Court’s decision and your reduced fine amount by mail and/or email. It may take up to 90 days to process your request.

If the Court needs more information from you about your request, we may email you or send you a letter by mail. Failure to respond to the Court’s request for more information could affect the outcome of your case.
