CourtCare Childcare

CourtCare Logo.pngDid you know that free childcare is available to you while you conduct business with Marion and Polk County Courts?

Marion and Polk County will be offering CourtCare to anyone conducting business with the courts beginning September 5, 2017. CourtCare is a no-cost drop-in childcare program for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years that is funded by House Bill 3067 and donations from community partners.  This service is available to those without other childcare options while conducting business at the courts and offers a safe, supportive environment and a full range of enriching, age-appropriate activities for young children to enjoy while their parents are involved in court. There is no charge to utilize these childcare services. Children are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis so we urge you to make a reservation (503.399.2753) as soon as you schedule an appointment with the courts or receive notice of a scheduled court proceeding.  They do accept walk-ins but we recommend you call ahead to the number listed below to see if there is availability.  Please see the brochure below and/or visit the website for additional information.
