What is a parenting plan and how do I use this guide?
This PDF contains basic introductions and refers parents to several resources for writing their parenting plan. Includes screening questions to help a parent decide whether to use the basic or the safety-focused guide.

Questions for parents to ask themselves to help them create a plan that fits their unique family needs. Offers suggestions on how to use the answers to help guide them in making decisions about their parenting plan.


Basic Parenting Plan Form

Basic Parenting Plan Form
A master form with check boxes and simple choices. Offers opportunities throughout to customize the provisions. Can be filled in on-line, saved, changed, emailed and printed. Also the blank form maybe printed and filled in by hand.

Parenting Plan Schedules

For each age group, (ages and stages), these schedules provide developmental information, and guidance for writing an age-appropriate parenting time schedule. Offers at least one suggestion (sometimes more) for three different levels of parental involvement.
