Any case where child custody or parenting time ORS 107.765 is at issue is subject to mandatory mediation. Mediation allows parties to work together to reach a solution for child custody and parenting time issues outside of court.The Josephine County mediator can be reached by calling 541-474-5180Josephine County Circuit Court Supplementary Local Court Rules (SLR 12.015 and SLR 12.041) address mediation in its entirety and should be referred to for further information.The mediation procedure above is different from the Small Claims Mediation Services, which are directly managed by the Court.
