OREGON JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT 28 CFR 35.106 NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) POLICY OF NON DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF DISABILITY

The Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs or services.  Under Title II of the ADA, each OJD program or service, when viewed in its entirety, will be readily accessible to and usable by qualified individuals with disabilities - unless doing so would cause a fundamental alteration in the nature of its program or service or would result in an undue financial or administrative burden.  Each court will provide, at state expense, appropriate auxiliary aids to participants in court proceedings who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have other communications disabilities.

FILING OF COMPLAINT
